Half-Smile

Maybe this whole graphic design thing is not going as well as I had hoped.

I sent the fellow in Denmark the latest changes to the logo I had been working on for him last night, hoping he would satisfied. But this morning he sent me a message back saying that while he still liked my work, the rest of his team didn't agree and voted down the logo.

Nuts.

So, if anyone out there is looking for a logo featuring a bulldog, let me know.

But, at the same time, there is some promise on the horizon. Yesterday I went up to the ski hill to cover an "appreciation party" some of the skiers were having for a couple of the boot fitters who work there. I got to talking to one of the owners of the shop off the record, and he mentioned they were looking to get a logo done, and with summer fast approaching, they had lots of time to get 'er done. I mentioned I do a little graphic design work in my free time, and we got the ball rolling. This might actually be a paying job, too, so that's really encouraging.

If they actually like my logos, that is.
